To require the Department of Community Health to create a methamphetamine lab cleanup guidance document that establishes standard protocols and practices for clean ups. Also to require a written warning be posted on premises identified as a meth lab, require DCH to determine whether the premises were likely to be contaminated, and if they are so require the DCH or the local health department to issue an order requiring the premises to be vacated until they are cleaned up.
