To appropriate $11 million to replace all the existing blue Michigan license plates with a new plate that will be more readable at night. The new plate will probably look like the current "Mackinac Bridge" specialty plate. The bill also contains a $2 million appropriation to purchase a public access point at Walloon Lake.
