To authorize the enforcement of Michigan traffic laws on all private roads and parking lots that are publicly accessible, if signs meeting the requirements of the uniform manual of traffic control devices are posted on it. Under current law a local government can contract with the person in charge of a private road or parking lot to enforce traffic laws.
