To extend the Dec. 31, 2006 sunset on the law authorizing state park vehicle entrance fees. The new sunset would be the end of 2009. Also, to require the state to replace a lost or destroyed annual state park permit or ORV license if the owner provides sufficient evidence that it was lost or destroyed.
