Also, to require the Department of Treasury to post on the internet tax “bulletins” and private “letter rulings” regarding tax law regulations and interpretations. This is one of a number of “tax expenditure repeal” proposals proposed to pay for higher spending in the Fiscal Year 2007-2008 budget, and would increase government revenue by approximately $5 million.
