To expand the purposes for which an Intermediate School District may spend millage revenue collected for career and technical education, add the term, "career and technical education" to the definition of vocational education in the school code, and revise the definition of the term. The bill establishes required procedures and regulations related to this spending, and increases the threshold at which ISDs must obtain competitive bids on purchases from $17,932 to $19,211.
