To extend until 2010 the July, 2007 sunset on a state childhood lead poisoning prevention and control commission, which is supposed to study the environmental threats of lead poisoning to children's health, review the state's lead poisoning prevention program, evaluate the effectiveness of that program, and make recommendations for improvements. The bill would also increase the size and revise the composition of the commission.
