To repeal the sunset on a law that authorizes the taking of raptors for use in falconry, subject to statutory restrictions and Department of Natural Resources regulations. Also, to eliminate the statutory limit of 25 raptors that may be captured in Michigan each year for falconry, which would leave setting a limit to the discretion of the Natural Resources Commission based on "sound management practices".
