2007 House Bill 5574 ↩
House Roll Call 350:
Passed
To require state registration and regulation of “trauma scene waste management practitioners,” who engage in the cleanup, handling, and transport of trauma scene waste from a trauma scene. There would be a $75 registration fee, and the person would have to meet certain requirements and undertake certain actions specified in the bill. The state would then post on the internet and periodically distribute the current list of registered trauma scene waste management practitioners to other public health agencies and citizens who request it.
