House Roll Call 803:
Passed
To require a local government that has received a foreclosure judgment against a property owner for delinquent property taxes to send a notice of the judgment by first-class mail to the occupant of the property and to each person with a legal interest in the property. The notice must state the last date on which the property may be redeemed, which would be March 31 immediately succeeding the judgment, or in a contested case, within 21 days of the judgment.
