To establish a state Foster Care Trust Fund that, among other things, would support a network of entities to provide personal counseling, financial planning, health care options, and college or career training programs to foster care children who “age out” of the system. This would be funded by private donations and by the income tax checkoff proposed by House Bill 6090.
