To impose licensure on landscape architects. Under current law, they are required to register with the state, which is essentially the same thing. The bill would specify that licensure is not required for providing services as a landscape designer, landscape gardener, landscape contractor, or landscape nursery operator. The bill would also increase application fees from $35 to $200, and annual fees from $40 to $60.
