This would appropriate $4.642 billion in gross spending, compared to $4.589 billion, which was the FY 2007-2008 amount enrolled in 2007. Of this, $1.354 billion will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2007-2008 amount of $1.312 billion. $3.166 billion of this budget is federal money.
