To use $1.3 million in certain court and other fees dedicated to a state “juror compensation reimbursement fund,” and which have accumulated in that fund, to pay for other state spending in Fiscal Year 2009-2010, so as to avoid budget cuts. The money would be transfered to a "court equity fund," which is distributed to counties to run their courts. The money could then be used to displace general fund appropriations to the judiciary.
