To adopt a compromise version of the bill reported by a House-Senate conference committee. The final deal includes the original provisions of this bill (to appropriate $9.0 million from the 21st Century Jobs Trust Fund to a new Cobo Hall authority), and converts the transfer of Cobo Hall to the authority into a 30 year lease.
