To appropriate $192.9 million in mostly federal "stimulus" money for various additional spending items the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 budget. Among other things the bill includes $25 million for a Blue Water Bridge Plaza Expansion in Port Huron, $25 million toward a 3.4 mile light rail project in Detroit, $40 million for Amtrak stations and a Troy/Birmingham "Multi-modal Transit Center," $60 million for food stamps and related programs, $4.4 million for an electrical workers job training program, and additional Medicaid and related spending. The House added $2 million for Detroit drug treament program and $6.9 million for a state health information exchange.
