To repeal the statute that makes it a felony to “be a party to, or engage in a prize fight.” <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-4336">Public Act 404 of 2004</a> created a new state regulatory regime for boxing, and <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-HB-4869">Public Act 196 of 2007</a> expanded it to include other forms of “unarmed combat” contests.
