To exempt a type of by-product (calcium carbonate, or lime) from sugar beet production from certain regulations on solid waste disposal. Note: This would be added to a number of other <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/SearchLegislation.aspx?CategoryID=0&Keywords=sugar+beet&StartMonth=1&StartYear=2001&EndMonth=12&EndYear=2010&Results=50&Laws=True&op=Search">favors</a> to the sugar beet industry authorized over the past decade.
