To impose the same restrictions, criminal background check and other requirements that apply to staff and volunteers at a child care facility on the owners, partners or director of the organization. Also, to ban staff or volunteers age 21 and over in summer camps or other camps from having any contact with children unless they provide documentation that they are not on the state’s “central registry” of serious child abuse cases.
