2011 Senate Bill 229 ↩
House Roll Call 264:
Passed
To establish that an annual report on child fatalities that a state multiagency, multidisciplinary advisory on child fatalities is supposed to prepare is to be published with or without prior approval from the Department of Human Services. The bill would also revise the statute on required county "child fatality review teams," adding a court representative and requiring them to also review each child fatality involving a child under the jurisdiction of the family court in an abuse or neglect case.
