2012 House Bill 5784 ↩
Senate Roll Call 673:
Passed
To increase the license fees imposed on livestock dealers, truckers, brokers and agents as a condition of earning a living in this profession, and to revise various details in the licensure-related regulations, including penalties for licensing violations. Technically, the bill repeals the sunsets of previously enacted “temporary” fee increase laws. According to the House Fiscal Agency, it would extract $22,000 annually from these professionals.
