To allow and bars or restaurants that also have a license to sell beer and wine for consumption off-premises, to refill clearly labeled “growlers” (sealable containers of up to one gallon) with beer for consumption off-premises. Also, to allow a "small winemaker" to sell wine and hold wine tastings at farmers markets; Senate Bill 79 sets the license fee for this at $25 per day.
