To require a school board that wishes to submit a ballot question to the voters to adopt the resolution calling for this at least 12 weeks before the election, moving the current deadline back two weeks. Also, to require the same deadline for “metropolitan district officer” candidacy filings. Under current law the deadlines for these is 70 days.
