To establish that if a defendant in a “veteran’s treatment” specialty court authorized by a <A href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2011-HB-5162">2012</A> does not meet the conditions and terms imposed by the court then the record of the proceedings would become a public record. These courts adjudicate offenses related to alcohol and drug use, which can include traffic and other violations.
