To clarify that state building code standards, not a National Fire Protection Association standard, would apply to a permanent building or structure used to sell fireworks, notwithstanding provisions in a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2011-SB-193">2011 fireworks law</a> that regulated rather than banned the sale of many “consumer fireworks” (including firecrackers, bottle rockets, Roman candles, etc.).
