To require a hotel or motel owner who is late paying a room tax of up to 5 percent imposed to pay for regional marketing schemes to also pay the attorney and court costs incurred collecting the tax, in addition to the 1.5 percent "delinquency charge" and 1.5 percent per month interest charge already authorized under current law.
