To allow for the permanent revocation of a health profession license or registration if the person engaged in a pattern of intentional fraudulent acts for personal gain that harmed patients. Permanent revocation would require the person to both engage in a pattern of intentional fraud for personal gain and cause harm to patients’ health, unless the person committed criminal sexual conduct involving a patient. This is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 5839 to 5842.
