To expel freshmen Representative Todd Courser from the House for using government personnel and resources to cover up an extramarital affair, and for other irregularities in the operation of his office. This was a "trial vote" that failed because two-third of the House is needed to expel a member. Courser resigned within hours of this vote, just before the vote that expelled the other legislator involved in this scandal, Rep. Cindy Gamrat (see House Resolution 141).
