To authorize $123.6 million in supplemental appropriations six weeks into the new fiscal year for various purposes. Among other things the bill increases spending on certain food stamp type programs, Medicaid dentist expenses, Flint water crisis remediation expenses, new veterans homes and more. In addition, the bill deposits $75 million in the state rainy day fund.
