To establish that a "law enforcement records management system" that stores records for a public body that subscribes to the system is not subject to Freedom of Information Act document disclosure requirements, and that persons requesting public documents stored in one must send the request to the public body that has subscribed to the system. The bill defines this as a data storage system created “to share information and facilitate intergovernmental collaboration in the provision of law enforcement services".
