To revise details of the state law regulating animal feed producers and distributors so as to comply with federal regulations. The bill would excempt from licensure firms that produce or distribute products that were originally made for humans, are not intended as animal feed, and some others. The bill would also revise details of when a 30 cents per ton state inspection applies and who must pay it.
