To expand the law that prescribes actions by drivers at different kinds of railroad crossings, by adding references to the definition of other on-track railroad equipment proposed by House Bill 5641. The bill would establish that the same liability exemption that applies to trains would also apply to other on-track railroad equipment in cases where the equipment does not trigger a crossing gate but where railroad employees have followed all applicable operating rules.
