To revise a number of details of the regulations on “brew pubs” and “microbrewers.” This is part of legislative package that would amend Michigan’s extraordinarily detailed and extensive “liquor control” regulatory regime to revise commercial restrictions on how much and to whom these producers are permitted to sell their products. This bill refers to certain required wholesale market procedures; see House Bill 5355.
