To include certain military surplus vehicles at least 25 years old in the definition of historic vehicles eligible for discounted license plates. This appears to apply primarily to trucks and older "Humvees," the larger and more capable replacement for jeeps, and not to tracked vehicles or half-tracks. Gov. Rick Snyder vetoed a version of this bill at the end of 2018.
