To make current military personnel and veterans who have a medical services occupational license issued by another state, along with any of their dependents who are also licensed, eligible for license reciprocity in Michigan. Service members licensed in good standing who can demonstrate competency through training and/or experience could get a Michigan license without having to repeat many of the fees and requirements.
