2021 House Bill 4037 ↩
House Roll Call 378:
Passed
To repeal a provision of the law requiring public schools to administer statewide reading and math assessment tests to 11th graders, which requires these to be written in a manner that allows “employers to use the results in making employment decisions.” See also House Bill 4538, which would also prohibit requiring school districts to administer "workforce readiness" tests of students in career and technical education programs with measures of their "ability to apply reading and mathematics skills".
