To repeal a campaign finance law requirement that, except for material sent by U.S. mail, a billboard, placard, poster, pamphlet, or other printed matter that references an election, candidate, or ballot question must include the address of the person paying for the material. This would not apply to material sent through the Also, to repeal a similar requirement in campaign “robocall” phone messages.
