To revise and expand many provisions and details of the extensive regulatory regime prescribed for solid waste “materials management plans” that counties are required to maintain. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4453 to 4461 that would revise and expand many of the state laws, regulations, requirements, fines, fees and more related to landfills, solid waste and recycling mandates.
