To revise details of the written notices auto and home insurance providers must annually provide policyholders, among other things requiring these to be a "summary" of the policy rather than a detailed notice; eliminate a $300 per incident cap on the maximum personal injury protection deductible that may be offered; and allow but not require insurers to offer auto insurance “coordinated benefits” with lower deductibles and discounts.
