To eliminate a mandate that written notices auto and home insurance providers must annually provide policyholders, and instead just require them to advise the the information is available upon request. Also, to eliminate a $300 per incident cap on the maximum personal injury protection deductible that may be offered; and allow but not require insurers to offer auto insurance “coordinated benefits” with lower deductibles and discounts.
