To authorize a state program to repay up to 2.5 percent or $750 (whichever is less), each year for up to 10 years, of the college or certified training loans of up to 1,000 individuals who work full-time at an agricultural facility (agri-business) located in a rural area. Large animal veterinarians would also qualify.
