To require the governor to establish an alternative road funding task force made of representatives of certain specified interest groups to examine and suggest or recommend alternative user pay methods that are different from fuel taxes, such as mileage fees, toll roads, and congestion pricing. Also, to require the naming of a citizens advisory committee made of representatives of certain specified interest groups to comment on the other group’s work.
