The Senate verion of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010-2011 Judiciary budget. This would appropriate $260.3 million in gross spending, compared to $260.2 million, which was the FY 2009-2010 amount enrolled in 2009. Of this, $151.5 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2009-2010 amount of $153.1 million. $82.5 million is from state “restricted” funds, and $5.5 million is federal money.
