To expand the list of communities that may seek reimbursement from inmates in county or city jails. A <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-SB-208">2006 law</a> allowed this for communities in Kent, Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties. The bill would expand this any community.
